How subscription quotas and PAYG wallet accounting work.
Two ways to pay
An active subscription uses rolling quota windows. PAYG can be enabled separately and draws from a positive wallet balance when subscription quota is unavailable.
Subscription
Requests reserve quota in the active 5-hour and 7-day windows before being forwarded.
PAYG wallet
An estimated amount is reserved before forwarding and settled only from upstream usage.
Subscription quota
Plan limits are catalog-driven. The dashboard shows your active plan and current quota windows.
PAYG wallet
PAYG requires an enabled wallet and sufficient available balance. Requests without valid funding return HTTP 402.
Payment providers
Checkout options are shown only when their provider is configured. Do not treat a disabled provider as an available payment method.
